• Any changes to the scope of work after commencement may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding

4. Licensing and Compliance

Kennewick Insulationoperates as a licensed specialty contractor in Washington State as required by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Work is performed in compliance with applicable Washington State building codes and energy standards. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any required permits unless we have agreed in writing to obtain them on your behalf.
